Our security measures include:

1. Members are asked to provide multi-factor authentication if they are accessing the website from a new browser or device.

2. The Upromise member database is protected industry-standard data protection.

3. All participants of the ACH (Automated Clearing House) network must have implemented risk management processes to protect sensitive data such as encryption in order to be a member of the ACH network.

4. All participants in the ACH network have implemented access control safeguards and processes to validate bank routing numbers.
