Upromise will display Pending Rewards in your account as soon as we receive notification from the restaurant that you completed an eligible dining purchase, typically within 15 days of your transaction date. However, the timeframe it takes for Pending Rewards to appear may vary over time and by restaurant partner.
It can take up to an additional 35 days for Pending Rewards to become Earned Rewards in your account.
