How To Reach Customer Care:
- Log in to your Upromise account
- Click your Profile image on the top right of the home page, and when the dropdown menu appears, click "Get Help."
- You will land on the Help Desk Page, and in the bottom right corner, you will see the Chat Messaging Square
- Click the Chat Messaging to view new messages and reply to our Customer Care Team
Special Note: You will not see an email response. The only way to see and respond to your messages is by following the above information. We look forward to hearing from you!
