Your rewards through Upromise will not expire as long as your Upromise account remains active and in good standing in accordance with the Member Agreement. However, if your account becomes inactive or is otherwise closed or terminated in accordance with Member Agreement, you will forfeit the rewards in your account. Note that Upromise may terminate your account and you will forfeit all rewards if we believe that you are abusing the service, including engaging in fraudulent activity or activity in violation of the Member Agreement or other terms of use of the Upromise site or service.
