How do I change my password?

To change your password, you can go to the Profile page of your Upromise account and click on the Change Password link to start the reset password process. You will be asked to enter the email address associated with your Upromise account. Click continue and a reset password email will be sent to your email address with a link to establish a new password.  

If you have forgotten your password, click the log in button and click the forgot password Link. You will be asked to enter the email address associated with your Upromise account. Click continue and a reset password email will be sent to your email address with a link to establish a new password.  

Can’t find the email?  Please try checking your spam or junk folder. 

If you no longer have access to the email associated with your Upromise account, submit a Contact Us request through the Support page which includes the email previously associated with your Upromise account and an agent would be happy to assist you with reestablishing your access.

If you are accessing the Upromise site through a browser that is not your default browser, you may be taken through our authentication process when clicking on the link in our reset password email. If this happens, you will need to verify your identity with a verification code sent to your email or SMS message before you can reset your password.
