What are pending rewards?

Upromise will display Pending Rewards when we are informed that you have made an eligible purchase but have not yet received the rewards from the merchant or partner. 

Pending Rewards will typically display within 7 business days of your eligible transaction or billing cycle date and move to Earned Rewards within the next 75 days.  The timeframe it takes for rewards to appear as Pending Rewards or move to Earned Rewards status may vary over time and by merchant or partner. 

You can view all of your recent rewards, including your Pending Rewards, on the Rewards page of your Upromise account. Members can navigate to your Rewards page by clicking the <See Your Earnings> button in your account dropdown. The Rewards page also displays the last three years of transaction detail on your account. You can filter by earn or transfer categories, search for specific transactions, or enter specific date ranges when viewing your transaction details. We also provide an annual summary graph for older transactions to track your progress over the years.
